The service
Journally is a free, private journaling tool for personal, nightly reflection. We may change or discontinue features over time.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Your content
Your entries are yours. You retain all rights to what you write. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display your entries back to you so the service can work. We don't claim ownership of your words.
Acceptable use
Don't use Journally for anything unlawful, or to disrupt, attack, or abuse the service or other users. Don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Journally and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Journally and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
